Each prospective resident over the age of 18 years old must fill out an application and pay a non-refundable fee of $30.00. This fee must be received before we are able to process the application. We are happy to accept check, money order, r online payment, sorry no cash.

For married couples with the same last name, please only fill out one application with both your information and pay one fee of $30.00.

If you are unsure what the exact address is, please contact our office and we would be happy to direct you.
